Ay can't use v1 or v2, just his movement at base. Who moves faster?

If you look even closer you'll see that when Sasuke gets to Naruto, Yamato, Sakura, and Naruto are all still looking up at the previous spot Sasuke was at. Yes, Sasuke is that fast.

My bad not body flicker but reaction speed I don't c why his foot speed would be slow tho :| that in itself wouldn't make sense if he and minato had reaction speeds on par with each other

That's because that is how he fights ... that's like asking for gaara fighting without sand or sasuke without sharigan or naruto without kurama

Again if ay reaction speeds r on par with minato I don't c why he would be so slow as to be slower then sauce (not even end sauce but hebi who while is fast no where near v2 ay which the only thing we have to compare is shrouded ay

It being slow=/=It being slower than Sasuke's. Base Ay doesn't have a feat to claim that he'll outspeed Sasuke's Shunshin. Reaction speed is not foot speed. Fast reaction speed=/=Equally as fast foot speed.

I'm well aware the difference between foot and reaction speed just forgot the claim I made was about his reaction speed not foot speed/body flicker ... remember the manga ended 2 years plus ago

Curious how slow do u think Ay (and bee for the matter because wasn't it satated ay is def faster then his brother who *****ed MS sauce in terms of combat speed) actually is without his armor I mean the raikage r known for speed (bar duari)


Also while reaction speed and movement r def different they go hand in hand why would it be stated that Ay can react to minato but tech wouldn't be able to move that fast how I c reaction speed is that you see an attack and ur able to do something about it

There's been plenty of times where irrelevant chars (Sakura mainly) have seen attacks used but was unable to react in Time or able to do absolutely nothing (exp naruto sauce was gonna clash first time when we're kids Sakura aka irrelevant was running in the frAy clearly she could see it happening but tech couldn't react to it)

Raiton Chakra collects on the body, it's a body invigoration ninjutsu. From inside the body lightning gushes out, the speed of ones nerve transmissions rises. The body is wrapped in lightning, the jutsu durability is like that of armor. The Raikages' application of it causes their combat power to rise considerably.

It managed to chase Naruto's Bijuu Chakra Mode, however it was inferior to the great speed of the Yellow-Flash

Actually majority of gaara speed feats r in correlation to his sand

And sharigan let's u be able to read movements of the body giving u instant knowledge to see what's coming next or something like that but if ur unable to react u can't use it properly (against bee vs me sauce his attacks had no type of pattern which is why sauce couldn't really read into his moves with his swords)

It was clearly stated in part 1 if ur body is not fast enough you will get rekt despite precog [Lee vs Sasuke]

Lmao agreed. No reason why this should be a thread when Base Ay has no feats. But Base B didn't mess Sasuke up because of his combat speed. It was because of his unorthodox movements and the Manga outright stated that. Raikage are known for speed because of the armor, so that hype doesn't help here.

If I had to put him somewhere I'd put him on par with Base B, or a bit faster than that.

Zetsu noted that Base Raikage was unusually fast (possibly even for a Kage). I'm not necessarily sure who's faster in Shunshin, but in movement speed, Hebi Sasuke always seemed faster.
