I don't think Sasuke's portals work like that. I get the feeling that type of teleportation is limited to Kamui.

Kamui comes with it very own dimension so it, most likely, has a different set of physics than say Kaguya's dimensions. So this property alone probably allows Obito/Kakashi to phase body parts without dying.

I don't think Sasuke's Rinnesharingan comes with its own dimension. It just rips through to others dimension. If Saskue were to try that he would probably maim or kill himself depending on what part of his body he tried to "hide" in another dimension. I could be wrong though and Ameno may be able to bend the laws of physics in a similar way to Kamui however.

....and OP....what makes you think Sauce wouldn't just teleport a clone into his body part swapping dimension and end up like what Kakashi did to Obito?

Sasuke's rinnegan has limits and can only about 2 or 3 portals so that does not cut it. Only solo gods I know are Hamura and Hagoromo.

It's possible, as Obito stated that his Kamui worked like Kaguya's portal and Sasuke's is very similar to that. However, Sasuke would need an underlying ability at MS level for it to work. Since he doesn't and never had such a thing, the chances of this finding fruition are as much as Naruto, Hinata and Minato turning into well-written characters.
