Itachi isn't first. The list is wrong. Itachi was stated to be invincible by Kaguya's will. Kaguya's will = Kaguya's subconscious memories of her life, and overall world history within her time span. She knew of Yata Mirror, and Totsuka Blades power, enough to call him with the tools invincible. Itachi > Kaguya. Itachi >> The other Uchiha.
