He doesn't. If he had knowledge, he'd recognize the jutsu and use lightining mask on the bomb before it explodes, or just on the general area where the bombs would be, still, that would eat a lot of his chakra and Deidara could use this time to ambush him, so if his jutsu is not restricted i'm going with deidara.

Kakuzu doesn't actually breathe nor does he require oxygen, so none are getting inside of him, also without intel he's still going to think its an explosion so he'd use his raiton regardless however that wouldn't negate all the nanobombs within the giant Deidara simply cancel the ability for the large one to push them outwards, they'd still leak out but in much lesser quantities.

With intel he uses his fuuton to push them away.

Deidara stands no chance almost everything in his arsenal gets countered.

If there were any organs in there their damage would have easily killed him straight away, he only contains hearts. What organ do you know can remain functioning after 91 years? Or fit into multiple circulatory system or survive this

The explosion might not be strong enough to get past skin hence why it eats from the inside out, either that or they simply do not stick to the outside of humans and have to be supported in the blood stream.

Not when the bombs can easily dodge something as fast as Gaara sand in a desert. Plus he can shoot multiple bombs at once which means the ration mask will have to choose which one's to go after. Fuuton mask gets dodge as well. Deidara bombs evasive feats shits on Kakuzu mask aim.

90% of Deidaras bombs are shit tier to Kakuzu. They don't even get past domu, he walks past them.

Raiton to diffuse bombs and even c4 = check
Range to deal with aerial combat = check
Defense to tank all other bombs = check
Atsugai to clear all land mines and miniature bombs = check

Kakuzu extends his arms grabs Deidara and chokeslams him to the ground GG.
