Question for Itachi fans

The day I watched the Sasuke vs Itachi fight was the day ive been blessed by Lord Itachi

I love his character, his questioning of things, his talented upbringing, his mysterious aura before reveal and love for his brother and clan...

I don't care if he's negged by someone which he can never be...

I don't find Itachi well written, complex, or deep.

People confuse this because of how many times Kishimoto changed his character. I think he's annoying and a whole another level of crap like Minato.

I disagree with the second para, as dynamism is a prerequisite for complex characters, which Itachi, sadly, doesn't exhibit much.

I think he was quite dynamic, but in the wrong sense. He went to bloodthirsty killer, murder of his Clan. To loving older brother, trying to save the World.

In that mix somewhere Kishimoto failed him big time. For me it's not the surprise factor, like, 'Oh, he's a good guy now' -- It's on the line of how it was portrayed between those two characterizations.

I find Itachi to be too overplayed on his character. What depth he has isn't really that deep, and the only interesting thing about him was his fighting style. Which was quite simple and overplayed by Kishimoto, basically wank wank wank.

I do praise Itachi on his character quotes though. He does by far drop the most interesting phrases that make you think.

This isn't dynamic. He hardly moved enough through the plot to call him that. Sasuke is the only dynamic character in this entire manga.

Other than his last quote, I find his statements chuckle-worthy.
