I think she was the only other genin awake with the jounin during the Orochimaru Invasion arc.

She was 3 in part one and 3.5 in part two. She trained to be an other Tsunade and Tsunade is good at it. She may be a 4 and i think i am gentle.

And performing genjutsus, as long as we have seen chakra control isnt needed.

You need chakra control to undo the genjutsu, not to perfom it.

Having a genjutsu affinity also means that the individual can fight off and dispel it as well. Take Orochimaru, he has a 5 in Genjutsu but he doesn't have any genjutsu abilities.
