It seems like the psychotic doctor had wired him to get rid of a particular misfit of nature who believed himself to be pure, devoid of evil and such. The doctor had decided to fight Light with darkness, fight pure with impure, fight good with evil thus Android was created.
He ran off to the Elf's haven deep in the forest of the Land of Tea. The doctor who created Android believed the Elf to stay away from mankind's impure ordeals and live in the solitude of nature in peace. The peace Android was here to destroy.

enhanced as the user becomes more adept at
using his eyes and can even reach distances
above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move
from the users own move count but once the
user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained
mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can
activate it passively without spending a
move. Because of its low chakra cost to
maintain, the user can keep it active
throughout the whole fight as long as he has
chakra and stamina to do so.

It had been a long time in the making but a new evil had arisen within the world. The evil doctor hidden within his fortress was doing unspeakable things and Iluvatar could sense it, he knew he in himself wasn't strong enough to face such a force by himself. He sent out an envoy to ask for the help from a guild in the Fire Country, Fairy Tail. They returned with a younge man, 20 at most, pink hair and a large apetite. His name was Natsu Uchiha, he claimed to be the son of the great fire dragon Igneel. Most of the elves were worried about this but Iluvatar could sense no ill intent from him. He explained to Natsu the situation at hand saying he needed his help, Natsu said how he was all fired up and could take anyone. It was no good trying to convince him with words. Instead Iluvatar placed his hand on Natsu and showed him what he sensed, the power of the creation from the evil doctor. It had been unleashed and was heading their way. Natsu was shocked, could he beat this monster? Iluvatar told him he had a plan going back to the founding of their clan, their own sacred fusion ritual, but this would only be temporary for those two. Natsu agreed and they performed the ritual to bind both of their bodies, taking the form of Iluvatar but sometimes phasing and taking the form of Natsu. The power they had combined was incredible but they didn't have time to experiment, they had a job to do and he was here. With their immense speed they dashed through the forest waiting on the edge for the monster that had been created. They could sense him arrive. As he looked into the forest with those white eyes, devoid of all emotion one thing stood out, the Iluminating power of Iluvatar and Natsu combined. Iluvatar began to walk out of the forest as he spoke.
I, Iluvatar, Lord of the Woodland realm and the Light of Dawn, shall purge the world of your evil and erradicate that forsake doctor who would unleash such beasts on such a pure world.... I know those eyes but my power is even greater now that it was before....
As he says this Iluvatar closes his eyes and reopens them to reveal his 3 tomoe sharingan that he had gained from the fusion with Natsu. He had all the knowledge of how to use it thanks to Natsu but it was still surreal. He looked around able to see all chakras and on top of that he could sense all heat in the area thanks to Natsu. While from himself he could sense the dark intentions of the man stood before him. It just made him more determined. This new found power was beyond that either Natsu or Iluvatar could of achieved alone. Iluvatar could feel the Natural energy being drawn into his body as with all the elves but slowly and Natsu could feel it too. They were getting stronger every second.

Intent sensing: This was inspired by the killing intent jutsu. With that you are able to amplify you're killing intent through your chakra. This on the other hand is the ability to sense killing intent even without the use of unique chakra sensing. With this would could sense anything with the intent to harm, destroy, kill, anything that isn't seen as pure. So for example earth spikes would be used to kill through nature, you'd be able to sense this, where as a earthen shield you wouldn't be able to sense as there is no harmful or evil intent behind this. This stems from the good intent intended when the sealing jutsu was done to create the clan's abilities. This was proven possible by the likes of Karin who could sense the darkness is Sasuke chakra and the lightness in Narutos. It would allow the user in a fight to sense when they are in danger from a sneak attack much like what some may call a "spider sense" as they would sense what's harmful to them and not of a pure nature.

Description: The Noldor, also know as the Elves, have always loved to live within their ancient forest which they felt at one with. Over the years bows were developed but always forged using the holy fire to infuse them with their chakra. They were now made of chakra steel, so as to not drain all the trees of their power. But a few unique traits were added:
Blades: The bow is made out of two, one handed swords that link together to form the bow. They were forged first with the holy fire purifying the steel, and make them so they are more adaptable to the elves element. Each blade is a foot and a half long that curves as it gets towards the point to create the shape need to form the bow. Much like the bow itself, these blades can be infused with the Silmarilis (holy fire) which cause them to glow with bright flames as they are covered in the element. The strength of this light is dependent on the amount of chakra put into the blades. To put chakra into the blades it counts as one of the three moves per turn. This chakra can be released in a wave like the samurai techniques, going in a straight line up to long range. Releasing the wave counts as a move per turn, and will causes the swords to no longer be infused with the silmarilis as all the chakra would have been released from them.
Bow: The swords can be on either side of the waste, or on the users back in an X shape or already locked in their bow form ready to use. This bow has no string but is formed from the users energy when they hold it, flowing out of their body to create the string. This making it useless to all that are not part of the clan. The arrows for the bow are made up of the Silmarilis (holy fire) in a focused form to create an arrow. The more chakra the user puts into the arrow the stronger it will be and the more devastating the impact. The arrows pierce, and hit their targets, then explode outwards into a burst of light, which can leave craters from the release of energy. The user can fire up to 3 arrows at once to hit different targets, but each arrow counts as a move per turn consuming chakra. Can only make one arrow A rank and above per turn.
Note: Can only be held by clan members as the weapon will burn the skin of others
Note: The weapon takes S rank to destroy and if one sword is destroyed the bow can't be formed.
Note: The power behind the abilities corelatates to the chakra. So for a C rank arrow, it costs 15 chakra and does 30 damage. And will be treated as so. Same for covering the swords in chakra and releasing the waves. S rank versions of the abilities can be used 3 times with two turns between each use, this total is for all S rank, both sword and bow.
Note: Combining the swords to make the bow or detaching them counts as a move per turn

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

seals in quick successions and casts his
opponent under a horrific illusion where he
sees himself being bound to a wooden table
embedded with sharp spikes around it, and
his are ribs being sawed open from his
vertebral column by a masked man. The
victims ribs are broken in the process and
are shaped to resemble the wings of an
eagle which are stained and soaked in blood.
In reality the user is not harmed but is
traumatized after experiencing such
gruesome events.

This despicable being had no form of respect for life or those within it. It was a beast that needed to be destroyed. As Iluvatar got ready for the fight he could sense the creatures evil intents. Due to the Illusion aiming to harm him he could sense it and knew what was going to happen before it had happened, almost like a spider sense if you will. Due to him being able to sense the Illusion he was able to react easily. As the illusion took form, Illuvatar released a surge of chakra through his entire body as he turned himself into the light himself. This light would blind your normal side of your eyes meaning you could only see chakra at this point and if you continued with your earth spikes they would be destroyed by his body. As he turned to light in the same instant he fired at arrow of holy fire (A rank) right at your heart. With his sharingan he could perceive and track all your motions for a precision hit. Not only this but your byakugan would just see the chakra in the shape of his body so you wouldn't be able to desern the arrow made of pure holy fire that is being shot at you, as it would blend into the chakra of his body as they would be one on the same:

Description: This jutsu goes back to the founding of the clan. The amber from the tree of light was sealed into the clan giving them their powers. The amber flows through them making them the light themselves in a sense allowing them to control their KG. This lets them become the Silmarilis, The Light, The Holy Fire, if you will. Their body becomes the element themselves of holy fire. This can be in part like just the arm (A rank) or in a surge of chakra turning their entire body to the light energy itself. In doing the full surge they purge themselves of all they feel to be negative. This can be done in part with the A rank also. In turning to the Holy Fire, they become the light itself, and blind all who look at them radiating heat from the holy fire. The feel they are the embodiment of the sun which they praise, they are pure, bright and purge the darkness. In this form, being energy itself, it breaks down all that is weak to the holy fire and allows them to enhance their close combat skills through this, burning and purging those who seem to do the elves harm.
Note: The A rank version can be used once per turn on any part of the body, lasting up to two turns or until cancelled
Note: The S rank version turns the entire body to silmarilis, and in this form the user can only use energy based elements. This lasts up to 3 turns, can only be used twice per battle with two turns between uses. If the S rank is used the A rank can't be used for two turns also.
Note: In this form the user becomes vulnerable to elements that are strong to energy based elements such as the cannon Dark release element.
Note: Blinding lasts while this is active. Once this ends the targets remain blind for one more turn.

Over the years bows were developed but always forged using the holy fire to infuse them with their chakra. They were now made of chakra steel, so as to not drain all the trees of their power. But a few unique traits were added:
Blades: The bow is made out of two, one handed swords that link together to form the bow. They were forged first with the holy fire purifying the steel, and make them so they are more adaptable to the elves element. Each blade is a foot and a half long that curves as it gets towards the point to create the shape need to form the bow. Much like the bow itself, these blades can be infused with the Silmarilis (holy fire) which cause them to glow with bright flames as they are covered in the element. The strength of this light is dependent on the amount of chakra put into the blades. To put chakra into the blades it counts as one of the three moves per turn. This chakra can be released in a wave like the samurai techniques, going in a straight line up to long range. Releasing the wave counts as a move per turn, and will causes the swords to no longer be infused with the silmarilis as all the chakra would have been released from them.
Bow: The swords can be on either side of the waste, or on the users back in an X shape or already locked in their bow form ready to use. This bow has no string but is formed from the users energy when they hold it, flowing out of their body to create the string. This making it useless to all that are not part of the clan. The arrows for the bow are made up of the Silmarilis (holy fire) in a focused form to create an arrow. The more chakra the user puts into the arrow the stronger it will be and the more devastating the impact. The arrows pierce, and hit their targets, then explode outwards into a burst of light, which can leave craters from the release of energy. The user can fire up to 3 arrows at once to hit different targets, but each arrow counts as a move per turn consuming chakra. Can only make one arrow A rank and above per turn.
Note: Can only be held by clan members as the weapon will burn the skin of others
Note: The weapon takes S rank to destroy and if one sword is destroyed the bow can't be formed.
Note: The power behind the abilities corelatates to the chakra. So for a C rank arrow, it costs 15 chakra and does 30 damage. And will be treated as so. Same for covering the swords in chakra and releasing the waves. S rank versions of the abilities can be used 3 times with two turns between each use, this total is for all S rank, both sword and bow.
Note: Combining the swords to make the bow or detaching them counts as a move per turn

A rather formidable opponent the Elf turned out to become. He was quite versatile in his abilities and made good use of them as a specialist in the section. All this couldn't match up to the "No 1 Vile All Rounder" the doctor had created. Upon inducing the illusion, the Elf turned into a source of energy, a bright light that would hurt Android's eyes only if he hadn't possessed the Byakugan. Android was able to discern that he had used the transformation as a surge to break free of the illusion thus hitting him (Android) up to assault with more precision next.
Forming the required hand seal, four walls of condensed water would erect from underneath the Elf around his entity. Situated at his left, right, back and front merely inches from his body plus a ceiling above him trapping him and the light source in the room. After being created, water gushes in instantly to drown and douse your light, the bright light that shone soon to After this assault, Android would weave and maintain a single handseal to summon a large amount of water while shape manipulating into a giant humanoid ethereal warrior that stands majestic in from of him spanning up to 30m into the air. You never defended from the arrow, m sure i can shoot an arrow of chakra i have focussed before you perform the needed handseals and create the water. Just be wary in the future. I'll reply as though the arrow was never fired.
Iluvatar can sense the water.The water was intended to drown him which was a form of harm and with that he could sense it as a danger and react in time. As the walls form around him, without having to return his body to normal he releases a seal on his body, as he does a mass of natural energy shoots 360 degrees in a blast. Due to your normal eyes being blinded from seeing my shiney body, only your byakugan could see me. In this you can't see natural energy as you've never been trained to sense it, so the pulse that is release is invisible even to your doujutsu that would hit you with great force sending you flying back. The reason i can release this in my holy fire form is because holy fire contains natural energy so i don't have to break focus to do this. As the pulse is release, the light from my body would continue to blind you with sun like light. As this pulse is released, in an instant later, Iluvatar releases a mass of holy fire into the ground below you and all around you to mid range, almost like swamp of the underworld. Due to you being his enemy this instantly burns you with intense power, causing you to lose your focus in the process. As soon as it forms Iluvatar claps his hands together forming a single handseal causing a giant pillar of holy fire to shoot up mid range around you burning you alive, purifying the land of your evil. The seal is released and straight after the swamp of holy light forms leaving no time for you to take advantage...

Description: Before the battle, the user will have placed a special seal on their body while in sage mode. As they did, the would have have sealed 100 chakra points worth of natural energy into this seal placed on their body (like how jiraiya sealed the black flames into the scroll). The user will then perform one quick handseal thrusting their hands outwards releasing the seal. Upon doing so, they will release the large blast of natural energy outwards in all directions from their body. This is purely for damage, the user can't use this natural energy for sage mode. (see video below)

Description: This is a unique jutsu to the Elves in which they release their silmarilis into the ground on a target location with a radius of 5m-15m (short to mid). This light is charged into the ground creating what looks like cracks of light as the holy fire is charged into the ground. It would be like creating the swamp but with a pool of holy fire chakra. Standing on this will burn any and all unfriendly targets in the users eyes, with a single hand motion short range within the center of this technique a pillar of holy fire will errupt into the sky like a pillar of holy fire engulfing all and burning them with all the power of holy fire.
Note: Can only be used once every two turns for 4 usages overall.
