unfortunately, it wouldn't work on Naruto for many reasons.

1) like any eye tech, Sasuke has to gather chakra in order to even use his teleport which he won't be able to do if he's also casting a genjutsu.
2) Has Sasuke even shown a genjutsu capable of affecting Naruto? That genjutsu would have come in real handy against him at VoTe or against Kin/Momoshiki
3) Naruto and Kurama share a subconscious which time moves independently of time in the real world so Naruto would be snapped out as soon as he realized he was under
4) Even if Sasuke used human path on naruto, it wouldn't do anything considering how long it took a bijuu-enhanced Nagato to soul rip a KCM Naruto who was so weakened he couldn't even make a shadow clone.

IF Sasuke tries to do that, Naruto would punch him in the face.
