wait what?? mind posting the guidebook cos am pretty sure he never displayed any sort of absorbtion, only momoshiki. and sasuke statement was because of momo, naruto was about to use shadow clones to combat him and sasuke told him not to.

Might explain why sasuke didn't channel lightning into the kusanagi blade but doesn't explain why kin got skewered and stopped by ninjutsu.

true, might also be why he simply used kenjutsu against him. although in addition to the bold, kinshiki got stopped by shikas shadow, momo ended up absorbing it not him.

And even with all that Sasuke got up unharmed. Sasuke did have the upper hand Kinshiki got hit more times than he hit Sasuke. Be it little or extensive damage.

If Sasuke was shown being equal to RSM Naruto then there is no way he'll lose to Kinshiki in kenjutsu when that itself is Sasuke's forte. Sasuke using Ameno is no different than Kinshiki having chakra weapons. But like I said Sasuke was fighting on par if not a little better than Kinshiki.

Honestly that shouldn't have even stopped him in the first place, i mean isn't the dude as strong as sasuke (physical wise)? Is kishi trying to imply sasuke would get caught too? :lol

He can compete with Naruto in physical strength just like he can against Kinshiki... But it's obviously they both have a advantage over him.

In other words Sasuke wasn't breaking out without using Susanoo.

Where did that happen? He wasn't fighting on par, he had the upper hand the whole time.

Sasuke got batted through a wall and was sent flying for about 2 hundred yards. Sasuke also needed to use Ameno to stop from getting beheaded.. That's not having the upper hand, it's on par at best.

Kinshiki is like Naruto In CC, fast and strong. I've said numerous times Sasuke is on par with RSM Naruto, but if a fight took place between them of Kenjutsu and Taijutsu Sasuke will eventually lose.. Same reason he'll lose to Kinshiki.. Sasuke would have to hit Kinshiki 10 more times than kinshiki would have to hit him. Is that possible? Probably not.

The writers of that movie seriously failed hard with the powerlevels. People who are suppose to be a bigger threat than Kaguya were given feats that don't even put them at EMS Madara's level.

Even the shinjuu's size is so massively different. The one in the manga is thousands of times bigger than the one in the movie.

Kinshiki is about the worst villain imaginable. That fight could've been so much better if any thought went into the main nemeses of this new series. He doesn't even have the feats or hype to put anywhere near Tobirama's level let alone the upper tier.

Honestly both unrestricted Naruto and Sauce can match him individually and win. :|

Sasuke opened a portal so that he could switch dimensions to save Naruto and we all know how much of a strain it causes to his eyes and the amount of chakra it is needed to perform the dimension swift.

Naruto got captured and Momoshiki drained his chakra for god knows how long. Both of them were nerfed and still they managed to beat Momoshiki with Kinshiki absorbed.
