Who do you think is the best user at each nature affinity ?

Here's my list:

Water: Kisame (tobirama can beat him in a fight but kisame has some very impressive feats)

Wind: Temari (maybe danzo)

Earth: Ohnoki

Lightning: Sasuke (A definitely deserves consideration)

Fire: Madara

Yea I think that's where temari would be favored. I think if you go by power it would naruto but in terms of mastery I'd have to give to temari or Danzo
