Hanzo is pretty weak if compared to Naruto character tbh. The only thing that can maybe hurt a toddler is his ultimate, but it's so slow. Other than that, all he can do is climb walls.

Fought and tore apart countless powerful High Kage / Sannin level ninja we know today & resisted ET like a champ, contending with a Kenjutsu master with nothing but old age and a scythe.

But yeah, not as if everything we've seen from him has been ridiculously impressive and strong or anything.
