He still can't beat characters fast enough to dodge Kamui snipe for 5 minutes. I'm talking about Naruto and Sasuke

If he can do the bold, then DMS with rikudo is the most haxxed thing in the manga. The user can use cheapy kamui snipe while being completely save for 5 mins

If an attack is directed at Obito's head then he'll either be vulnerable or his warping will be cancelled, most likely the former, since he needs to leave his head area in tact to warp since his right eye does the warping, and his right eye obviously needs to be in the present dimension to warp anything in said dimension.

So he's not 100% safe.

Only if he warps the attack when it's in a position relative to where he'd be in the other dimension, so basically only if the attack is practically right in front of him when he warps it, or if the attacks AoE is just that large. Also something would have be forcing him to phase in the first place, since his intangibility only activates when something solid is about to hit him.

True I did forget about the relative space but large AoE attacks like FRS and BD get around that.

Bunshin are a pretty hard counter to Kamui though, especially when Obito can't tell them apart.

In a battle of attrition minato wins because he doesn't use chakra to use the kurama avatar, PS is extremely chakra taxing it would really hurt obito to fight an avatar that doesn't waste chakra to form so he would need to be careful

The time limit is somewhat tied to chakra, check Kurama's stament to Naruto when he drops BM the second time.

I doubt a time limit is even relevant at this point. It jumped 3 minutes after one use
