Hard to say, DMS was actually rather overpowered considering how DMS Kakashi could warp Kaguya's Ash Bone before it could even move a few inches. He could win, but that's simply because DMS is unusually overpowered and with Kakashi's Mangekyo, he doesn't have to resort to tagging his opponent in order to absorb them.

Obito wins. Obito was able to warp inside Kaguya portal before it closed and this is an impressive speed feat since RSM Naruto alone couldn't even enter while he was about 10ft away. BSM Avatar is useless Obito simply just outlast the the 8mins. Once it goes down it's pretty much game over for Minato since Kamui speed is doubled. Obito can also snipe while intangible as well.

Not in DMS. The intangible eye is different from the sniping eye. Sasuke showed that you can use your other eye powers while having the other one active when he used Amaterasu while in Susanoo[

Tbb's gets sniped or dodged or Kamui shurikens can easily counter them. S/t barrier gets sniped or it simply doesn't work since kamui shurikens are nothing but moving warp holes. BM Kurama only last 8mins once it goes down Minato gets stomped. This is DMS Obito he doesn't have to turn solid to snipe.

So he'd be able to snipe and still slip through attacks. It's not like he even needs to attack Minato anyway. All he needs to do is outlast Minato's Bijuu Mode, and then end his life with PS.
