Hunter x Hunter completely dumps on Naruto, far as character development and story and pacing. Kishi has much better art. Naruto had moments where it looks better than Hunter x Hunter, but the Chimera Ant Arc>any arc in Naruto.

tbh HxH is good if the story is seperated, but for it to connect together as whole ( especially after video game arc ) then Naruto is better.
