Naw dude it looks the same. It's way different from how it looks in the anime too. Matabi's chakra is dark blue anyways and that chakra claw is blue and doesn't even look like a claw it looks like a chakra scalpel. It's not Matabi.

Just wanna say kurama has claws as pointed out by gamabunta in the naruto vs gaara fight and that in every single instance where naruto uses another bijuus ability ther is a panel of them responding.

I've never seen anyone say that Naruto dodged Sasukes attack with his own speed. And he speed blitzed Kaguya. She wouldn't have dodged it whether she knew it was coming or not.
