He's the strongest man in NV (Naruto is too, calm down Naruto fans), and is, therefore, the most fit to protect it. Considering new villains keep popping up left and right why would he deliberately let himself die?

I mean, even Hagoromo left something so that he could be revived when he was needed.

Naruto "changed him". For now that is, but as they age, and he sees the cycle of hatred and war continue through out their lives.

He'll start to worry about what the future with out naruto/sasuke holds.

Why is it BS? It's just too risky. Many of you seem to be under the impression that he can just do what Madara did and then become immortal.....

...you realize if he aspires to immortality he risks realeasing Kaguya(or even Black Zetsu) all over again. It just isn't worth it. Besides that's what kids are for; to carry on when you die. The new generation is already leagues above their parent when they were that age. As adults they will be the ones to keep the world safe.

Have faith in the next generation. Just because they aren't gods doesn't mean they can't protect against would be ones.

Well it was Sasuke's decision. Tsunade had his replacement arm ready to go before he even left the village, but he wanted to keep off as a reminder of what his hatred cost him. It's a noble sentiment and I support his decision.

Hell even with one are he still wrecks the big boys big time so I can let the loss of the arm slide
