Kēji is 74in tall, weighs 230 lbs., and has tan skin, dark brown eyes, and short black hair. He has worn many outfits but currently from top to bottom wears a black beanie on his head, followed by a black hoodie with has the Cloud, Leaf, and Lock emblems going down his left sleeve, and the Hidden Rain’s forehead protector on its right shoulder. He also wears a red shirt with the wolf symbol 狼 on the back in remembrance of his former team, and a necklace with the Hyūga emblem as the charm, followed by black gloves similar to Sai’s but with the pinky also cut off. Below that he wears black cargo pants which he carries various ninja tools in the pockets and black running shoes.
When doing missions or traveling outside of Ame's walls Kēji wears a different outfit to hide his identity from any potential Konoha/Hyūga spies. The outfit is the same as he normally wears except he trades his hoodie for an all black cloak with silver chains and organization marking on the right shoulder and trades his beanie for a mask that completely covers his eyes.

人格|Personality
Kēji, for the most part, is a fun laid back and in general easy going. He can easily be compared to a Coyote Stark (Bleach) in terms of attitude. He feels the most at easy when he is just lounging around and prefers to leave decision-making up to other people. When it comes to allies he would do anything for them but tends to be a little colder to people he doesn’t know. When it comes to authority Keji is loyal to the core and will follow any orders given to him by his chain of command unless he felt they were unlawful. Kēji also likes to listen to music and normally has his earbuds in at all times, because of this he has learned how to read lips in order to maintain conversations when necessary.

歴史|History
Birth
Kēji was born to a shinobi family in Konoha. His father was a retired shinobi from Kumo and his mother was a member of Konoha's Hyūga clan branch family. Kēji was born resembling his father with tan skin and brown eyes but his mother died shortly after giving birth. His father remained in the village wanting his son to have a safe and happy life and grow up around his cousins. A few years after this Pein attack Konoha destroying the village and killing most of its citizens including Kēji. Wrecked with loss his father was about to take his own life when a miracle happened and all citizens in Konoha were revived. Due to almost losing his son and talks of the 4th Great Ninja War Kēji’s father decided to leave Konoha behind. Before he left he was stopped by Hiashi and a few more elders. He thought they were there to take Kēji but in fact, it was the opposite. Due to all records of his birth and obvious lack of the Byakugan, the elders deemed it ok for the Kēji and his father to leave.

ChildhoodEventually settling down in Jomaekagure no Sato Kēji’s father began to build a new life for the two by purchasing some land and enlisting as a Jomae Sensei. Since he was a single parent his father would bring young Kēji to school with him where he would sit, watch, and listen in on classes. Being too young to actually utilize chakra Kēji would go out to the training grounds and practice taijutsu on his own. After watching him for a while his father decided to teach him so that he’d have a head start in the future. After teaching him the basics of ninjutsu Kēji was given the paper test which to his father’s delight he tested for ration which was the element of his homeland. His father proceeded to teach him raiton, tai, and kenjutsu.
Shinobi
Due to his father’s training years before hand Kēji excelled at the Jomaekagure academy. After graduating early he was assigned to another team of exceptionally young students. The group consisted of Kēji, Chi (F) who excelled in fūton and genjutsu, Kira (M) who excelled at katon and Kenjutsu, and finally the captain Byoto (M) who excelled in doton and pure ninjutsu. This team was code named Ōkami and spent the next couple of years training to get to know each other’s weaknesses and strengths. When they weren’t improving their own teamwork they would be cross-training each other. They successfully gathered, traded, and guarded information for Jomaegakure for many years to come.

ByakuganNow 23 and with years of successful missions they were assigned to a simple intel gathering mission. Thinking that this would be a piece of cake the group packed up and set off. Upon arrival in the capital of this foreign land the team was immediately spotted and attacked. The information given to them was false and they had been set up; the four of them fought their way out of the palace and back to the boats but just when it seemed luck was on their side the boat crew also turned on them. Surrounded they fought until only Kēji remained and just when he thought all was lost his father and other shinobi arrived saving him. While headed home Kēji deeply mourned the loss of his friends and it was then his father noticed his eyes and exclaimed: “You have the Byakugan?!” Amazed by the genetic defect of having it only show when active his father quickly told Kēji of the curse seal that would be placed on him if the Hyūga found out.
A year later Kēji has since lost his father who died in a civil war against the Kage that had his teamed killed. He had also lost new comrades to an attack by Kiri after which he set out to see the world, train, and to meet new people. One such person was a woman named Korra who help him discover his second affinity suiton, another was a man named Jakai formerly of Konohagakure and a Hyūga like him. There was also Dean a current Akatsuki member and mentor to Kēji, and Priest a Hyūga who secretly trained Kēji in the Gentle Fist arts. Now 25 Kēji has decided to start anew in Amegakure who took him in with no questions asked. Trunks the Peace General assigned Kēji to Squad for under captain Sado who for some misunderstand has given Kēji the title Pervert of Amegakure.

Raiton Specialty: With his father hailing from Kumogakure no Sato and Kēji himself seeming to take after his father's genetics he was naturally gifted in raiton. With this being discovered at an early age and practiced continuously since then Kēji is able to perform all raiton techniques with a single hand seal.
Suiton Specialty: Having joined Amegakure no Sato and spending numerous years with its rainy walls and lake Kēji naturally adopted an affinity to water. With the help of former Ame shinobi Korra he learned to master the element allowing him to perform all suiton techniques at a faster rate.
Taijutsu Specialty: Having been the first thing he trained in then taught by his father and later improved upon by unlocking his byakugan and Priest teaching him Gentle Fist Kēji has grown to become quite proficient at cqc. This allows him faster movement and reflexes compared to the average shinobi.

- Gliding: Once high in the air and using a wind technique to create a gust an open umbrella could allow extended periods in air by gliding, with the advantage of wind direction user could move long distances slowly but easily and dropping in altitude. With any given technique that pushes, a user could glide above 25m high in the air and move with the speed of 8m/turn.
- Senbon Shower: releases a hailing "shower" of senbon. It cannot be dodged by moving away since the needles cover a wide area in all directions, controlled by chakra. Although the needles are said to be able to pierce a five millimetre thick steel sheet, they can still be blocked by a powerful enough shield. Medical ninja can dip their senbon with poison to increase their lethality.
