[Discussion] Will Oda ever make at least one spin off of One Piece?

If Oda did one what would you think it would be over? Since there is many things Oda could go in depth with in a short spin off but I know timing is key too to do some as well.

I mean 10/13 movies could be considered "spin-offs" I guess.. The only "relevant" ones (though none have actually been deemed canon) are Strong World, Z, & Gold.

I think he said recently when he's finished with One Piece, he'd retire from manga due to how much time this one takes out of his life.

I'd like to see a spin-off about Law or the era before Luffy's.

He might if he is bothered whilst in retirement. Probably just be scribbles though, nothing like the current manga. That said it'd still be better than the art i see in the art section of this forum.

I honestly wouldn't mind seeing a story about a Marine that slowly rises through the ranks.

Obviously he''ll eventually discover how corrupt the world government is and will have to make a moral decision.

It'd be interesting.
