Is Part 1 Sakura the weakest character?

I've been thinking. Aside from the obvious civilian and academy levels, I'm talking actual Shinobi. Is there anyone who Part 1 Sakura could beat on one on one?

No, no, I'm talking true one on one. That one had Naruto's interferance stopping Ino from finishing the fight by calling it quits.

Though yeah, that's a Chunin Exams fight, a true one on one might have gone differently. On another end Ino was never a Shinobi trained for fighting. That would be like judging someone like Ao, an expert sensor, by his fighting ability. I might have given a wrong premise. Its less about winning a fight and more about what you bring to the table.

To be fair, she did nearly solo Zaku with only Subs.

Part 1 Sakura already beat Naruto a few times so him for sure. But she can take most of the k11 and sound four thanks to her intelligence. She's like Itachi, because her brain is so big she can solo with kunai and or booby traps+chakra control.

Well, the first one isn't a real battle, and Sakura has shown very little in battle tactics. Well, beyond the likes of Naruto and Sasuke, that is. She is good at setting traps too, but that is not worth much in a one on one...

Setting traps might be just as well be her Shinobi thing though.

Sakura was in control vs Team Dosu when she was fighting them individually but they played dirty and went 3 vs 1 because they knew she wasn't to be trifled with. Even then her bite was solo'ing Zaku.

She had chakra control and was pretty smart too, the fact remains, out of the k11 she was made out to be the weakest alongside Hinata and ino(ironically) literally all the other k11 members had some brutal fight or some badass moment in pt1

Well, I do think Hinata deserves a bit more credit for keeping up with Neji, if only for a bit.

No, just reread it, she was fighiting Zaku one on one, but there was a flashback cut, and when we came back, she was brutally beaten up, with Zaku about to land what would most likely be the finishing bowl.

Sakura hasn't shown a lot of battle smarts (yes) but she's demonstrated impressive ones in the same respect. An example would be her memorizing hand and strings movement pattern in order to see through & predict Sasori's attacks, only with observation.
