Sasuke awakened Rinnegan with tomoe and not two Rinnegan for a reason. A gameboy color uses two AA batteries to run (Madara's Rinnegan). The Nintendo 3DS uses just one battery (Sasuke's Rinnegan) and is superior to the Gameboy Color.
