A Question About The Boruto Villain....

So I was scanning through the first panels of issue one with the adult Boruto and I remember something about the villain standing before him...Nawaki....

Remember Tsunade's younger brother? His name is/was also.....Nawaki...coincidence? Could he be the same man? Is he somehow related to Tsunade and family? Or is this another Obito like enemy where we thought he was dead but has been alive (and not aging much apperantly)
Did anyone else notice they have the same name?
