8 Gates Gai solos. Even if Minato temporarily escapes (which is unlikely - even if he teleports across the battlefield, he isn't fast enough to react to Gai), all the other parents would be dead and Minato doesn't have the capacity to deal with the remaining senseis.

Team senseis would rely too much on Gai sensei. If we go by filler, Fugaku has MS. This is very unballanced. At least unrestrict Kakashi's kamui to be able to warp someone from the other team.

If the Gates are restricted altogether then Minato's team wins pretty easily. Minato is by far stronger than anyone on the opposing team, and Hiashi/Hizashi would comfortably defeat anyone bar Kakashi, who probably still won't win because of the fact he can only use Kamui defensively.

It isnt Base Kakashi and Base Gai, it is Ms kakashi(his Kamui is just for defence not for offence) and 7 gates Gai))
