I'm basing this off Sakura's abilities too but this is why Tsunade would have solo'd Pain without plot:

1. The summon Pain got destroyed by Sakura's brute strength so Tsunade would do the same.
2. The Pain that absorbs jutsus would get solo'd by chakra control. Tsunade would insert her chakra into him on purpose and it would be too strong for him to control.
3. The soul stealing Pain is like Dan's jutsu, she'd know a way around it in advance.
4. Katsyu will kill the hell Pain
5. Tsunade can tank shinra tensei with willpower+byakugou. And maybe send the force of the move back at him with a punch. Bansho tenin gets negged by Tsunade punching the ground to disturb gravity.

Naraka path would already be dead from the start. That just leaves Nagato (who is a cripple) Tsunade's only chance of losing is if she pities him as a medic and tries to heal him but I doubt it.
