This. Sasuke has sharingan, MS, fire ball jutsu variants, chidori variants, susanoo, amateratsu, kenjutsu, and always came up with new methods of taking down his opponents. Naruto had rasengan, shadow clones, kurama, and sage mode, which is pretty stale.
