What is Hokage Kakashi without the Sharingan??

As the title says. What is the Hokage Kakashi like without the Sharingan? I think I read it somewhere that Kakashi even needed the Sharingan to effectively use Raikiri properly. Even Chidori. So what is he now? Just a Jonin who copied many jutsus?

Not sure since we have barely seen him without the Sharingan.

However even without the Sharingan, Kakashi was an exceptional prodigy, Top of his class, and even made Jounin at 13 which is rare. Also his father was on par with the Sannin.

So he definitely isn't fodder for sure.

Yeah that's true but its just hard to imagine how the other ninjas who have crazy techs and other kages who are just waaaay above the thought of a ninja who copied over a thousand techs, u know?

Who knows he might of retrained as a ninja and learned his father's techniques who is said to have been as strong as the three legendary sennin. Kakashi was always a prodigies and by his own hardwork could of became kage level, but since he always relied on the sharingan his real talents never got to grow. Also Kakashi could of just got it for all he's done and become symbolic leader he wouldn't really need to fight anymore anyways.

Losing Sharingan not making him super weak that just his advantages but he still keep all jutsu and affinity he use. He at least Hiruzen or Danzo level, makes him hokage at best.
