Let's assume Kabuto would have found Jiraiya's body and turned him into an edo. Also he would have restrained his personality and turned him into a killing machine.

Now then, would Jiraiya's toads be loyal to him if he summons them to attack the alliance and fight against Naruto?

I am aware of a contract made between Jiraiya and mount myoboku.

Well Kishi loves nerfing the dead so yeah! I would imagine so.

That said Ibuse did Hanzo's bidding just fine. It's undetermined how much intelligence that thing had though.

Nope I don't think they would.
They have a mind of their own, as referenced when Gamakichi was sassing Naruto.. and when Manda was angry at Orochimaru for summoning him and had Oro had to promise him more souls or something like that for him to help out in the Deadlock battle.

The summoning contract is just there for them to teleport to wherever they are summoned, but they are not bound by it to help the summoner out.

Exactly.

Gamabunta was really assy with Naruto at first, and it's clear that the toads will know Jiraiya's loyalty would be with the Shinobi Forces. Not to mention with Naruto, who became a part of said force.

I feel like if you can kill your summon they're more likely to obey you

Hell no duhh, jiraiya would even helped them to defeat him, still though i wonder if he can go to sage mode without the sage toads on edo tensei mode

Sasuke had to use genjutsu on manda to restrain it. This means the summons don't necessarily have to do the summoner's bidding

Edos don't have blood, no blood, no summon....

The second mizukage clearly summoned his clam and I believe the 3rd hokage summoned Emma

Ot: yes and no,
I think him going into sage more would break the spell
Or them merging with him would

Can he even summon as edo?

It is supposed to not be able, you need blood and edos doesn't have it.

But seeing the manga, ye can, Kishi made a mistake their. Maybe with sweat hahahaha
