Team 2 obviously wins. Uchiha Massacre Itachi had Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and probably a low level of Susanoo since he said he got Susanoo when he got his two MS powers. No part 1 Rookie is handling MS techs on top of added support from people like 5G Lee and Minato and Kakashi.

Great thread Lol with so many high level Ninja here im gonna have to wait until some more replies pop in so i can connect the dots , especially with MS restricted since it took away my easy answer.

-Everyone here is around the mark of low jonin level apart from Itachi and maybe minato by portrayal so interesting thread here.
