Your list would be perfect if you put Naruto and Sasuke on the 4th place respectively, since feats may argue but Kishimoto has stated that they're equal, then specify that JJ Madara has a RinneSharingan.

tbh you forgot Hamura but he's pretty much featless, I think he's weaker than JJ RinneSharingan Madara.

No featless characters, and I am still not sure if naruto and sasuke can beat momo individually, cuz he's pretty much better than either in cqc, and has the speed to even counter ameno, + they can't use ninjutsu on him, so I think he can win one on one.

As for juubito being above dms kakashi, well he is pretty much stronger than all the characters below him including kakashi (he can counter any kamui move with his own MS) and has more stamina, durability, chakra than kakashi
