Naruto cannot escape strong genjutsu

It was shown that Naruto wasn't capable of blocking the IT which happens to be a powerful Genjutsu. This means that Sasuke doesn't even have to use IT to capture Naruto under Genjutsu. A strong Rinnegan Genjutsu should do the trick? Or i'm i missing something?
