What if Sakura one Sakura had a different boyish look, and fought Zabuza along with Kakashi and gained his blade as a present for defeating him, and being strong enough to wield it.
What if Zabuza threw haku under the bus, and told Sakura he considered her that she is his reincarnation, stating that she has something inside of her even more sinister and power than he does, Because this Sakura can project her inner Self Aura like Zabuza does/ only when Inner Sakura takes over.

And what is she had it during the chunnin exams, That would be overkill.

I think Part 1 Sakura could've had a Zabuza like frenzy mode, but more moral, and highly intelligent .

Yes, because Zabuza wouldve tried her. And even a Evil Sakura would still be kind to people and not kill them, so she would have to destroy Zabubza to stop him from killing.

I would have her pull a Kisame a learn to regenerate from merging with the blade by absorbing her enemies blood

I agree but I think she would help in a sadistic way. Like healing them then wounding them again in a cycle to torture them. Imagine if she met up with Tsunade (before she turned good) and they teamed up and formed a girlkatsuki. Wait, nvm I'm taking this down a different route.
