Tho i didn't check the low tiers. But it's true that Hitugaya's power up puts him up there, and that definitely Kenpachi with bankai would outright shit on anyone on the sereitei bar Aizen, and Yamamoto who's already dead.
If we put the captains in the level they were as captains (meaning Aizen is pre-hyogoku) then Kenpachi keeps spot 2 while Aizen gets 3. If we put prime Aizen, he's still below Yamamoto. Yamamoto was foreshadowed, portrayed, hyped AND SHOWED to be the strongest shinigami, and only lost because his bankai got stolen.

What i'm saying is between shinigami it was stated whoever has the higher reiatsu wins. Aizen's reiatsu > Yamamoto so Aizen > Yamamoto. But even going back to monster Aizen. His reiatsu with hogyoku reached an evolution that was higher dimensional. His reiatsu was so much greater that he had to voluntarily lower his level for any other shingami and human to e allowed to interfere with it. Similair to how 2D beings are unable to touch 3D beings. Yamamoto wouldn't have been able to hurt him reguardless of what he could do. Dangai Ichigo could fight because he was in a higher dimension than aizen was thru dangai training.

This is true, but even so llyod was proven to be heavily weaker than yhwach. Llyod reshi, physical attacks barely hurt yamammoto pre bankai, but yhwach legit 1 hits him with a reshi sword llyod had already used after his bankai is stolen ( pre almighty as well )
