First off the last episode of the Kaguya fight needs to be redone entirely. It was an extremely important episode because it's the official finale of a conflict years in the making. For it to have such cheap and stiff animation is a joke especially when there has been filled with high budget animation recently like the Itachi arc and Tsunade's dream.
Another fight that they ****ed up was Guy vs Madara, it lacked the sense of scale and epic atmosphere that it had in the manga, it was drawn and animated poorly when it could have been compatible to Lee vs Gaara if done justice. The last episode where he delivers the Night Guy kick was fine though, however they could have not omitted the blood from Madara's blown off arm like they did.
There was a really strange standard for censorship these past years because you go from the Itachi Shinden where he slaughters his clan on screen with blood and screaming in great detail, then they censor the blood when Madara is impaled by Black Zetsu. Just very inconsistent policies. They also put too much budget into fillers when the canon episodes are still regularly low budget.
Madara's final stand and eventual downfall to the initial appearance of Kaguya could have used better animation even if those episodes were written well as they are. Having stiff animation and cheap art took away a lot of the atmosphere that could have made the plot twist more impactful. Madara deserved a more expensive finale.
Last I would say rampaging Juubito vs the Hokage should be reanimated as it was important for that fight to establish Juubito as a force to be reckoned with but it was badly drawn, slow paced, and didn't get the point across as well as the manga did with its dramatic and detailed artwork.
