I'll tell you why, it's because the bijuu's were absorbed by momoshiki. It was the same scenario as Sasuke's revolution, only this fight Naruto didn't receive any of the Bijuu's chakra earlier because he was caught by the enemy. If you think abt it, it makes sense.

Before you say, i'm going by Naruto fap logic or whatever, please understand that I am just trying to correct what's wrong here. I like both characters equally, it's just the Sasuke fanbase is ridiculous sometimes & most of the arguments are between these two characters, hence me leaning towards the logical side.

Of course, Momoshiki did state that he can make infinite numbers of Naruto's already humungous rasengan with ease. During the chunin exam fight sequence, Momoshiki stated that he wanted to make pills out of them, that would grant him immortality, eternal youth and invincibility, all of those without any handwork.

That was the point of the story to begin with. Momoshiki symbolised Boruto's reliance of the chakra bracelet.

Why do people think Naruto lost rsm ? Is it because he lost the tsb or the ability to fly cause it simple logic really.

Naruto was able to do that because he had a small portion of each bijuu's chakra. The one he got from the bijuus during the last part of the bijuu battle:

RSM is basically an amped sage mode, Naruto's other rsm features come from the bijuus chakra, so in conclusion Naruto has RSM but he needs all of the Bijuu chakra in order for him to have those additional perks. But luckily, Naruto has direct linkage to the beasts, so he can assemble them & tap into it.

The reason we didn't get to see this in Boruto the movie was because of plot. So yes, Naruto has it.
