Alright, some people here are apparently ignorant to the fact that Sasuke has and can use IT. So let's make a poll and see what people think.

Remember that Sasuke has the Juubi's eyes while Naruto has the juubi's body. Sasuke can use IT and Naruto can use Senjutsu and Mokuton.
