Hey Gutter slag, stop shoving your bullshit and listen to me. Infinite Tsukuyomi doesn't give a flying fck about the rikudo's chakra. It only needs Kaguya's ( Juubi's chakra ) & the RinneSharingan to activate it, which Sasuke clearly doesn't have. Sasuke must also have Jukai Kōtan, if he ever want to catch Naruto since Naruto is sage chakra influenced.
