She did not lie about her private email servers, the FBI's findings proved that she was careless with handling classified information but there was no mens rea or willful intent of wrongdoing therefore no criminal charges were brought. The Benghazi hearing itself (a GOP-ran witch hunt) exonerated Secretary Clinton so bringing that up is irrelevant, and of course she was fingerprinted she was under investigation but that is also irrelevant because she was not charged anything.

I really don't see how most of the people were surprised at his backtrack, lying is literally the most secure way to get votes
