A regular Susano'o can't repel IT's light, The rin'negan affect on Susano'o is what was repelling the light. :

I didn't say a regular Susanoo can do that though did I. Didn't even mention. Sasuke was making an assumption and BZ was asking a question and he didn't say only sasuke can counter IT. Otherwise he wouldn't have said it could penetrate everything and would have except those with a Rinnegan.

Wasn't it "supposed" to only be the rinnegan that counter IT? Asking a question and saying probably don't make it a fact. Quite a few people without a Rinnegan weren't affected, how do you explain that.
