First of all, for all who deny Magna facts regarding whether Sasuke has the ability to utilize the Six Paths Techniques, you're in denial. According to the Manga, the Rinnegan grants the user(s) abilities known as the Six Paths Techniques. For unknown reasons, Sasuke has not been shown utilizing all of the Six Path Techniques, but that does not mean he can not perform them.

Going by few people's logic here, Madara shouldn't have Susanoo, because he never showed his 2 MS abilities. There can't be a manga panel for everything and just because something wasn't shown in the manga, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Some things doesn't require manga panel, when there's a lot of other evidences. For example, Madara using Susanoo means he must had unlocked 2 MS powers before, that's about it, nothing to argue about. There are no scans of Madara's MS powers, but there's a fact, that Susanoo requires 2 other techniques to be awaken first.

Same goes for Rinnegan, it's a fact that it grants it's user Six Paths Techniques. I've never heard about Rinnegan giving only like 3 paths.

Now about Naruto resisting IT, there are obviously no scans of it, but unlike what I just said before, there are no even any logical evidences that would prove it. Even better, there are few, proving that Naruto couldn't do it.

All the other rinnegan users have demonstrated all paths because they have both rinnegan while sasuke has only one. Thats probaly the reason we have not seen the other three paths.
