Sasuke would have to handle him quick! His Rinne has a cool down an that could be a problem fighting Obito with 2 mangekyo. He manage to start a war an seem invincible to every1 around him with just one eye an a name. (Madara)

Thing is! DMS Obito really has no feats but dimension jumping with kamui & a faster base kamui with both eyes..

I can't vote! It's an unfair vs... Sasuke's feats in that stage gives him the W an it's not fair to Obito who has no feats in that state so we'd have to give him abilities he don't have like Susano'o an so forth
