I have showed you guys the time line of IT being cast and the only way out to make the story connected and being corrected is Haruma must able to resist IT.
There was nothin back then to dispell or shield him from IT. Only after Hagoromo got his requirement to dispell IT but that is also when the only one who ever cast IT got sealed.

Also as i have said if Haruma can not resist IT then that mean The manga itself is CORRUPTED.

Just like your mother gives birth to you, but if she never has sperm/egg before birth then you can not be existed.
Haruma and Hagoromo sealed the only one who ever cast IT, but before it got sealed, it casted IT. But Hagoromo didnt have the requirements to help Haruma from IT before he sealed it up.
