Lets remember the faults every other Hokage had that put them below Kakashi :lol
Hashirama: Madara terrorized the village and chose Tobirama, and his dream itself led to the ninja wars afterwards
Tobirama: Created the Uchiha Police Force which caused the Uchiha Curse of Hatred to strongly resurface, and a war occured under his ruling
Hiruzen: Allowed Danzo to do his dirty work and then Orochimaru's attack on the village
Minato: Nine Tails attack on the village and couldn't kill Obito, which would have prevented the war entirely
Tsunade: Pain's attack destroyed the village completely and they were left vulnerable to be attacked by other nations
Naruto: Momoshiki and Kinshiki's attack on the village brought destruction as well

Kakashi is the only one who was able to protect the village 100% by using his role as Hokage properly

Considering Kakashi's reign was peaceful I would have to agree.

Those are their feats yes, but Kakashi was the one who was Hokage at the time and they were his shinobi protecting the village and the world.

Well for Naruto I guess we are going to find out more about his reign as Hokage in the Boruto manga, I also wanna see how he reacted to Kawaki or whatever the name of the villain is, we'll see how he protected everyone.

Kakashi had a peaceful time but for me it still Minato because as a young Hokage he had to put with all tue BS all the previous Hokages did
