The point is, then Sasuke is not controlling Naruto's powers on his own. He needs Hashi chakra an external source to control Naruto's powers.

OP says Sasuke would be better at using Naruto's abilities, meaning Sasuke would be a better jin than Naruto would be at using anything Sasuke has. Sasuke having Hashirama cells doesn't change anything in and of itself, otherwise Danzo or Yamato could've just as well have been jin themselves. Are you going to argue they could've been just as good a jin as Naruto?

Not to control friend, but to sustain. Knowing Sasuke he would just use Kurama instead of befriending him. That's where the DNA is needed because that would in turn give him more durability and if need be the sages chakra assuming that Hashirama still had it in this fictional scenario.

You mean after he got the seal to put Kurama back in check from his mom? Or that doesn't count as external seeing as she's dead? During Pain Arc? Remember? He was struggling to control Kurama many times friend. When a Jin befriends his/her bijuu it's cooperation not control there's a solid difference.
