(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil
Note: Hyugas must be activated to use Gentle Fist (Jyuken)
Note: Its tracking abilities are equal to that of 3 Tomoe Sharingan.
Note: Only Hyugas possess the ability to utilize Jyuken, However, all Otsutsuki clan members possess the ability of passive activation.

With the new eyes in his sockets Toneri travels back to the moon to face a member of his clan - a more formidable opponent to test his strength with.

"Mighty Fat One! I'm not the perfect person for you to direct the question to. But regardless of that, I'm here for the fruit which you have been gathering Kaguya's chakra for. I seek immortality which will be crafted into a tool which I'll use to eventually cleanse the earth of these human race!
I'm well aware you would not be disclosing the location as easy as that but be it known to you that I will stop at nothing to obtain that rare jewel if that means ending you on the spot!!
His prized mechanized puppet can be found strapped to his back from earth while three others were set on the ground few meters behind him. Toneri would remove the puppet from his back while infusing his chakra into it to make it a more psuedo-sentient being that he could control telepathically and the puppet could act on its own without the use of chakra strings. The puppet upon activation launches at full burst speed towards Kinshiki to mark the beginning of Toneri's string of attacks. Upon entering short range of the Otsutsuki, it would open its mouth unleashing a barrage of several smoke bombs which could sum up into a hundred. The smoke bombs react to touch upon hitting the ground releasing a thick smoke screen to hinder the enemy's vision while also transmitting a special kind of poison which has being imbued in the smoke bombs before the battle.

Description: The puppet will open its mouth and shoot out smoke balls that are imbued with poison as well. This can be used to obscure the enemy’s vision and to spread poisonous gas in the area at the same time.

Description: Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another passive object and take on its properties to avoid any damage. While merged, the user is virtually undetected unless the enemy has a doujutsu. Even chakra sensors won't be able to pinpoint the users position. The limitation of the technique is that to use a technique and mold chakra, the user must fully unmerge although doing so doesn't produce any sound and the user can only be sensed once fully unmerged. The user is still aware of the world outside the object and can travel inside it at his normal running speed. The technique was used so far by 3 ninjas (Yamato, Orochimaru and Uchiha Madara) but as an advanced ninjutsu, it can be used by any skilled enough ninja.
Note: the user must be Sannin Rank and above
Note: Orochimaru and Yamato can use it 5 times per battle, Uchiha Madara can use it 3 times, other ninjas can use it twice.

With Byakugan, Toneri saw as Kinshiki merges with the ground to avoid his puppet's assault and by this he would halt his previous intention and switch into his Lightning Affinity. He was able to see the man's movement perfectly and clearly through his new set of eyes and as he (Kinshiki) sought to move into short range while in the ground. Weaving 3 blazing hand seals in a split of a second, he would instantly place his hands on the ground, changing his chakra into lightning sending an enormous bolt of electricity through the ground towards the "visible Otsutsuki" who thought he was hidden from view. The lightning cuts through the ground, devastatingly electrocuting Kinshiki who would not suspect a thing, even if he did he could do nothing. It shapes into a triangle that destroys everything in its path having generated enough heat and power to cause death.

The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

"No wonder the clan went extinct....it couldn't have survived with your kind of intelligence. Well, it's well proven that you obviously traded your wits for a bigger and bulkier figure."
Confirming his death via the Byakugan, Toneri would slam his hands on the ground focusing his earth chakra into it manipulating the very earth to expel Kinshiki's electrocuted body to the surface.

After Kinshiki had merged with the ground He kept an eye on Toneri With his Byukugan and sawthat he charging chakra and was making hand seals, he then sawThat the boys Bykugan was active, Kinshiki Knew he had been found out and quickly emerged as the lighting began to race towards him. He dispersed into many fire crows several of which appeared in every range. Some appears above Toneri and several appeared behind him. Kinshiki knew the Bykugan couldn't tell which he'd appear to until he was already there since theres no set crow with a specific chakra its whichever crow Kinshiki wishes to appear at. As fast as Kinshiki had disappeared and the flames appeared Kinshiki appeared at the one to Toneris back when he reappeared he was wearing the crows as an armor of fire. Kinshiki remained careful so he could appear at a different crow should Toneri somehow anticipate his atatck.

With Toneri's Byakugan on Kinshiki at all times, there wouldn't be chance for any surprise assaults from any angle. It was not a shock to see Kinshiki hurriedly emerge from the earth after knowing what danger beheld him if he stayed around loitering in the earth. As he emerged, he quickly disperses into a few numbers of fiery crows of which Toneri wasn't fazed by, though he couldn't see Kinshiki anywhere, thus making him prepare a rather versatile technique if he were to arrive anywhere funny. Without the slightest movement, Toneri would emit a powerful field of electrical energy from his body that spans up to 10m in range. Kinshiki upon reappearing behind Toneri (I would be aware ofc) ignorant of the already prepared tech would continue with his plans but would be instantly and constantly electrocuted for a few minutes having gained a negative charge which was the opposite of Toneri's positive charge of the area. This singular feat would instantly occur as he (Kinshiki) reforms without waiting a mini-second.
The Otsutsuki fell to the ground, his skin severed from the burns of the massive voltage of electricity that flowed through him. His blood would have dried off completely leaving a pale dead body.

As we agreed via vm the fire armor and the lighting being neutral to each other would cancel each other out.

As Toneri attempted to end it quickly with his lighting jutsu Kinshikis fire armor had nullified the move but his armor would now disappear itself however Kinshiki created a wind jutsu that covered his hands in a vortex of wind and punched Toneri inthe gut with his right hand while with his left hand he created a sheild with spikes on the front end which he slammed into toneri.
