Did Sasuke jump the gun on protecting Naruto from the I.T???

We know Sasuke's Rinnegan is able to cancel out the effects of I.T, but shouldn't that mean Naruto is able to as well?

Sasuke's Rinnegan and Naruto's Tailed Beast chakra is needed to dispel the jutsu, so shouldn't this mean that Naruto's RSM with all the Tailed Beast chakra can cancel out the effects too? If one half of Hagoromo's power can do it, so should the other.

Sasuke stated that : Rinnegan genjutsu can be repelled with another Rinnegan ....
When IT couldn't affect team 7 , Black Zetsu wondered : "His Rinnegan can even escape this jutsu ?"

It's probably similar to the process perfect jins would have to go through in order to break genjutsu.

Much how the sharingan cancels out most genjutsu, the Rinnegan can cancel IT

Naruto doesn't have means to "cancel" genjutsu, but being a host for all tailed beasts, combined they're probably strong enough to break him out of it if need be.

I really think he could have. I have no proof to back it up but I believe if naruto used the TSB to make a bubble around himself like obito/madara did I think he would be safe.

Again, no evidence on this but I don't see the moonlight getting through a complete TSB shield. But if sauske didn't protect naruto, sakura and Kakashi would have been SOL because he wouldn't have saved them

Ironically Sasuke NEEDS the tailed beasts, without it he cant dispell by MANGAFACT
you said he doesnt need Naruto but only tailed beasts :lol
well i can say the same Naruto doesnt need Sasuke, he kills Sasuke and TAKES RINNEGAN BY MANGA FACT and put it either on himself (using universe knowlegde) or Kakashi BY MANGA FACT.

Naruto having bijuu chakra doesn't change the fact that MT was an ocular genjutsu, and jin have never ben shown been portrayed as being immune to them.

When it comes to Infinite Tsukiyomi, Sasuke really didn't need Naruto to dispel it since it was stated that his Rinnegan was capable enough to do so. If he really wanted, he could've have let Naruto get caught, take the Bijuu (And Sage Power), and do everything himself.

Like in VOTE 2, Sasuke was stated to have perfect chakra control that was Hagoromo's level.

On the other hand, no one really knows if Naruto could counter or dispel it. There is no proof, especially since Naruto still needs a Rinnegan if he was to dispel I.T. And that is why this thread fails. There is no proof.
