First of all you failed to realise that Naruto trained sage mode to THROW rasenshuriken, he did not enchanced his senjutsu into it when he was throwing at Nagato and Madara (in edo stage).
Second Naruto overload the amount of senjutsu while the preta user is trying to absorb and that can be done within the time of preta.
Third preta user by manga fact got stoned by senjutsu
