No, that's probably the truth but it's no fun that way, plus if someone's stupid enough to think it's like on a tailed beast level they deserve to be trolled with the DID theory(even though the did theory is actually decently solid) I highly doubt kishi would give a child a disorder like that lol

I just label that as mostly unexplained manga asspulls alongside Sasuke being stabbed by Madara without reacting, Nagato getting pierced by Totsuka without even using Shinra Tensei and Juubi Jin Obito being overpowered by Naruto and Sasuke's Susanoo Kurama.

Shintenshin no jutsu (Mental Permutation technique) is sending you spiritual consciousness/mental energy into another persons body so I would say inner Sakura is raw spiritual/mental energy in the form of a replica of Sakura.
