If you say so. Sasuke looks like the amateur just with alot of power. He cant use multiple paths at once nor does he know them. So yeah Nagato>Sasuke in Rinnegan use. Until he becomes an Adult, and even then its unconfirmes if he knows all the paths.

Those "feats" more of sheer power not skill like these. In fact, Sasuke seems to only use Sharingan originated techs, even with his Rinnegan being used only genjutsu and Susanoo are utilized. Hos only path was Preta.

the guy who performed a Rinnegan feat on the level of the sage as well as a feat that the sage was surprised about(Glance) looks like an amateur with Rinnegan? that must be a joke. he can use the all the paths as per statements from the manga, he does not need to know it to use it, not sure who told you that.

also the op was referencing power though, not necessarily skill hence he cites pein losing to sm naruto. sasuke and madara fodderized all 9 bijjus at a go where nagato was struggling with one. yes am very aware that it was pein who had used a shit ton of chakra prior to then so he was not full power, but then again he faced kn6 and kn8 who is inferior to complete 9 tailed kurama so even healthy nagato would lose to the bold. and where does it say he cant use multiple paths? only when he uses preta can he not put out jutsu but manga made it clear through kurama that it was based on his Rinnegan being new and not that he cant do it at all.

wrong, using the targets as the core for CT IS a skill not power and it shits all over nagatos use of it in terms of sheer application. him being able to trap all bijjus at once with a glance which he shouldn't have been able to do going by hagoromos surprise, is a skill. and CT is deva path so he used that too

am well aware of nagatos skillfull usage of the rinnegan and all but the thread was based more on power with rinnegan so my reply was addressing in that context.

though in terms of skill, while i did think nagato is the best, am slightly a bit iffy. lets be honest all what he did is simply the Rinnegans potential in general (being able to use all 6 paths), kishi simply used him to show it. sasukes was pulling some pretty slick stuff at vote with nagato hasnt shown to do. people forget he remotely absorbed the bijjus chakra at once, nagato has never displayed any form of remote absorption from my knowledge.

I get you and I agree Sasuke is stronger with the Rinnegan, it comes much easier to him because he is the original owner. But lets use Kakashi as an example. He could not perform the feats of Obito but had as much skill as he. And when given Six Paths he fully releases his "true" skill with the Sharingan that his body wasnt able to achieve for lack of Uchiha genes.

Madara said himself that only he can release the true power of his Rinnegan. Same for Sasuke he loterally has home field advantage being an Uchiha with Sages gifts. He can do OP things with LIMITED knowledge of his own abilities and catch on quick. Im referring to VOTE2.

Ps. I never said he cant do all Paths I said he doesnt know most of them at VOTE2 and hadnt displayed them in later showings so its unknown if he fully mastered its use. No doubt that he did though. Just alot of missed opportunities against Shin(coulda used deva to save Sakura) and Momoshiki.
