Naruto isn't even on Sakura's level of regeneration, he can recover , that's it.

It is simply strong and has the most basic of movesets in hand to hand combat. Its very direct and basic single punch and if "serious" single punch+kick (which we haven't seen since part one).

She has no versatility, no discipline and no movesets in Taijutsu. She is the equivalent of a common man just with the added feature of having concentrated chakra on a fist. If you want Taijutsu just look at Guy, Lee, Kimimaro, Kakashi, Uchiha's in general, Kabuto, Raikage etc.

Not to mention that for a ninja she isn't very nimble and acrobatic at all.

She has strength and she has medical ninjutsu but that is it. She's not even proficient in medical ninjutsu as a form of weapon during battle.

Tsuande has evasive skills, she just doesn't used them when in bykaugou mode because she is a tank, she reaction speed is faster than kage level ninjutsu ninjutsu execution
As seen when she deflect madara fire ball jutsu.
In the madara fight it was said she was bein reckless, lets not.

Tsunade or Sakura has never actually been hit unless they wanted to, barring the encounter with the cloud nin,

Well, like I already said, we did not see the full extent of the damage, which is point number one. Point number two is that we didn't see how she punched him there, it cut directly to that, but I doubt she got to him using her Taijutsu skills rather than some distraction from the other Kages.
