Just for discussion sake, let's say they really don't have six paths chakra anymore. How strong are they?

Do you mean they also don't have their respective Six Paths powers completely? If so, their firepower would only be on par with Bee and Naruto wouldn't be too far ahead of A in terms of speed. If you meant they kept their powers but with regular chakra, I doubt it'd have any strong effect on their performance.

Some have the theory that naruto & sasuke have no access to six paths/hagoromo's chakra no more so this thread is based on what their strength would be. You're right on the fire power part except naruto should have higher DC.

Think he means Rinnegan Sasuke and RSM Naruto just without six paths chakra since people saying the lost it. So basically Rinnegan and RSM using their own chakra. If i'm not mistaken.

The question makes little sense.

Naruto possesses Six Paths Power anyway due to the Biju and Sasuke's Rinnegan boosts his eye-power with the Six Paths Power.

As far as the chakra that Hagoromo gave them is concerned, it was stated Six Paths Power of Light was the source of Naruto's Six Paths Sage mode, but he lost it after sealing Kaguya.

It was stated that the Biju's chakra makes him a pillar for the power of Ten Tails, which explains why he still has Six Paths senjutsu even after losing the Six Paths Power of Light.

He lost abilities like his healing power and the ability to infuse the Biju's chakra natures into Rasengan, powers that were exclusive to the seal.

The Six Paths Power of Shadow awakened Sasuke's Rinnegan, yet he needed to manually draw chakra from it to utilize Six Paths Power for his jutsu.

After losing Hagoromo's chakra, they didn't get any weaker.

It's undeniable that they have Six Paths chakra, or else they cannot have Six Paths power, but I don't think they have Hagoromo's chakra anymore. They used it all up in their final fight.

They possess two of Hagoromo's Chakra: the seals and their forms. The seals contained Hagoromo's Chakra which later was gone after sealing away Kaguya. Their forms are Rinnegan and RSM; Rinnegan is a product of Hagoromo's Chakra and RSM is a product of Hagoromo's Senjutsu Chakra. They can still naturally produce Hagoromo's Chakra, but in a fixed quantity. You have to be clear on that.

Anyway, I'll assume you mean BM Naruto and EMS Sasuke. They wouldn't be ''ten times faster than Ay'' and ''ten times fire-power of Bee''. Naruto is slightly faster than Ay, but has equal fire-power to Bee. Sasuke has inferior speed and fire-power. I can imagine Sasuke possessing equal PS to EMS Madara's, but that only cuts a tip of mountain.

Depending on which I'd say that they are right under the rikudou chakra levels.

In my opinion I feel that ems sasuke would be most likely stronger than ems madara and bsm naruto with multiple bijuu chakras in him is above sm hashirama.
