Canon, unfortunately no.
Can she perform that technique? Given her chakra control, yes, as she is able to maintain the twin lion fist, however, I dont know if gentle fist has cutting capabilities.

Actually this is just 64 palms, current hinata can use this jutsu. If she applys lightening to it, i suppose it can cut acutally objects, like bees.
